These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, platforms, websites, and related offerings provided by MTG CREATIVE SOLUTION LIMITED ("the Company"). The Company may act as a Payment Agent, service facilitator, or in any other role in partnership with regulated Financial Institutions or other third parties.
By accessing or using any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the services.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any updates take effect upon posting to the website or otherwise communicated. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Company provides, facilitates, or supports a broad range of financial and non-financial services, including but not limited to:
· Payment facilitation and money transfers
· Conversion
· Fiat loading and prepaid or payment card services
· Account onboarding and verification
· Compliance, administrative, and client support
The Company may provide services directly or through partners, affiliates, or regulated Financial Institutions.
To access or use the services, you confirm that:
· You are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements.
· You meet the age or legal majority requirements in your jurisdiction.
· You are not a resident or citizen of any sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction.
· Your use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of access.
Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including AML, CTF, and KYC obligations. The Company may require documentation, verification, or information as part of these compliance processes.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate services if suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
You agree to use services lawfully, without causing harm or disruption, and not to:
· Interfere with or circumvent security mechanisms
· Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
· Engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
The Company reserves the right to take necessary action to protect its services, clients, and partners.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by the Company or its partners remain the property of the respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for:
· Losses, damages, or claims arising from third-party services
· Technical errors, downtime, or unavailability
· Market risks, financial loss, or indirect consequences
· Decisions made by Financial Institutions or third-party partners
Services are provided "as is" and without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
The Company may integrate or facilitate services provided by third parties. The Company is not responsible for third-party operations, policies, or regulatory compliance.
The Company may amend these Terms to reflect operational changes, regulatory requirements, or service expansions. Users are encouraged to review Terms regularly. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
