These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) governyour access to and use of all services, platforms, websites, and relatedofferings provided by CRP Unio Limited s.r.o. (“the Company”). The Company mayact as a Payment Agent, service facilitator, or in any other role in partnershipwith regulated Financial Institutions or other third parties.
By accessing or using any services, youacknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by theseTerms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the services.
The Company reserves the right to update ormodify these Terms at any time. Any updates take effect upon posting to thewebsite or otherwise communicated. Continued use of services constitutesacceptance of the revised Terms.
The Company provides, facilitates, or supportsa broad range of financial and non-financial services, including but notlimited to:
· Payment facilitation and money transfers
· Crypto asset transactions and conversion tofiat
· Fiat loading and prepaid or payment cardservices
· Account onboarding and verification
· Compliance, administrative, and client support
The Company may provide services directly orthrough partners, affiliates, or regulated Financial Institutions.
To access or use the services, you confirmthat:
· You are legally permitted to enter intobinding agreements.
· You meet the age or legal majorityrequirements in your jurisdiction.
· You are not a resident or citizen of anysanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction.
· Your use complies with applicable laws,regulations, and rules.
Failure to meet these requirements may resultin suspension, limitation, or termination of access.
Clients must comply with all applicable lawsand regulatory requirements, including AML, CTF, and KYC obligations. TheCompany may require documentation, verification, or information as part ofthese compliance processes.
The Company may suspend, restrict, orterminate services if suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detectedor suspected.
You agree to use services lawfully, withoutcausing harm or disruption, and not to:
· Interfere with or circumvent securitymechanisms
· Submit false, misleading, or unauthorizedinformation
· Engage in illegal, abusive, or harmfulactivities
The Company reserves the right to takenecessary action to protect its services, clients, and partners.
All content, software, trademarks, andmaterials provided by the Company or its partners remain the property of therespective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution isprohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theCompany is not responsible for:
· Losses, damages, or claims arising fromthird-party services
· Technical errors, downtime, or unavailability
· Market risks, financial loss, or indirectconsequences
· Decisions made by Financial Institutions orthird-party partners
Services are provided “as is” and withoutguarantees of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
The Company may integrate or facilitateservices provided by third parties. The Company is not responsible forthird-party operations, policies, or regulatory compliance.
The Company may amend these Terms to reflectoperational changes, regulatory requirements, or service expansions. Users areencouraged to review Terms regularly. Continued use indicates acceptance ofupdated Terms.
